Flavour: Reveals a rich acidity and good volume in the mouth, marked character, expresses unique minerality, elegance and personality. It presents a long and persistent finish.
CONSUME
It should be served at 12°C to serve with fish dishes. It is a wine that can be kept for another 4 years.
