Winemaking:
Classical vinification of open spout with decantation. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 15° C. for 3 weeks.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Jean, Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Pink salmon color. Very complex and enhanced aroma, revealing notes of plum and wild berries. Light and fresh taste. Well designed volume, very balanced and harmonious.
Store and Serve Advice:
Recommended drinking temperature 12°-14°C. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.
