Obtained from Chardonnay and Trebbiano grapes grown in the Rubicone valley. Once harvested the grapes are destemmed and very gently pressed by a pneumatic press. The juice is chilled to allow a cold settling before adding selected yeasts. The fermentation occurs in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15-18°C to ensure freshness and a fruity aroma. Afterwards, wines are blended, then cold stabilized before being bottled.
The color is light straw-yellow, while the aroma is fine and fruity with hints of pear.
